Ebay is our friend

Dave is now the proud owner of the very rare 390 gt air cleaner housing that he bought off ebay. These housings are so rare that they bring big money for a fairly simple concept, it is just a regular 4 barrel housing but it has a fancy chrome top and the base has no snorkel but only 2 mesh screen cut outs to breath. It is kind of cool and I will get some pictures up of it as soon as the camera gets back from the shop...I dropped it and broke the lens! We also picked up another really rare find which is a 390 gt oil dipstick and tube...I know your saying that can't be rare! Well try to find one my friend, they do not make them!!! He also got a gt steering wheel that I have not yet recieved from the ebay guy, it is black and we are hoping that the condition is good.

I now have all the front end parts and engine parts so I will be installing the motor and trans as soon as mike finishes the paint work. Mike is doing a great job on the body, he is a artist and has a great eye for detail! We sealed the back half of the car on friday to see what else we need to do as far as body work. Next week we will start to block it out! Talk to you again soon!!!

Body work

Since the last time I blogged I have been putting together pieces for the engine, and Mike has been doing body work. Nothing much new to talk about but you can watch this cool little video we made and I also snapped a few pics too. Talk again soon. Andy
