1-gutted the car completley and assessed
2-Had it soda blasted completley
3-primed body with etching and epoxy primer
4-removed and replaced entire floor, and supports, plus seat risers
5-removed and replaced floor supports
6-removed and replaced cowl panel upper and lower
7-removed and replaced cowl sides
8-removed and replaced complete dash structure
9-removed and fabricated rear upper shock tower cover
10-removed and replaced rear inner fender aprons
11-removed third member, rebuilt, painted,replaced with new leafs and posi trac unit
12-rebuilt toploader 4 speed trans, repainted, tagged
13-aquired 390 FE date coded engine
14-completley seam sealed and primed floor and body
15-removed and replaced rear quarter panels, with metal fab...almost done!
16- new concours wheels and bfg tires 235/60/15
17-Gator Gaurd underbody of car
18-New doors, fenders
19- remove and replace radiator support
20-remove and replace strut rod supports, fab battery panel
Their may be something that I am missing here also but that is a pretty good overview of the main things. Today I finished up prepping the rear inner wheel housings and undercoating them, and I am ready to put the new rear quarters on. With the rear quarters the trunk corners go on, and the rear taillight panel also. I anticipate by the end of next week I will be ready to start body work and paint. This is a huge milestone in this resto because all the main structure and sheetmetal fab work is DONE! I will post some pictures soon!
